周至县猕猴桃产业链发展现状调查研究

摘要：猕猴桃是拥有浓厚地方特色的土特产品。在2004年陕西省猕猴桃产业化项目被列为全省重要的发展项目以后，周至县也将猕猴桃作为本县的支撑性农业生产大力发展。研究周至县的特色果品“猕猴桃”，促成其健康发展，对调整农业产业结构，促进地域农业、农村经济成长，推进地方经济增长，提高企业经济效益，增加居民收入，辅助领导决策和为同类产业的发展提供借鉴等都具有十分重要的意义。
本文通过对国内外猕猴桃产业的发展现状进行比较，在参考和借鉴国内外专家学者的研究成果及经验的基础之上，采用了客观的定点调查的方法。以周至县的翠峰镇、竹峪镇、广济镇等四个镇为例，向当地猕猴桃种植农户发放共计200份的调查问卷，从而对当地猕猴桃产业发展状况进行了实地调查研究。经过对周至县猕猴桃产业化谋划成长近况的实地调查，以定性分析为主的基础之上采用了定量分析的方法对调查过程结果进行了详细的统计和分析，指出了周至县猕猴桃产业在种植品种结构、深加工、包装、销售及组织等方面存在的问题，并就问题给出相应的政策建议。

Abstract:Kiwi is to have strong local characteristics tou. In 2004, Shaanxi Province, kiwifruit industry is listed as the province's plan for major development projects in the future, as the kiwi Zhouzhi County will also support agricultural production in the county to develop. Study the characteristics of Zhouzhi County fruit "Kiwi", contributed to its healthy development, the adjustment of agricultural structure, promote regional agriculture, rural economic growth, promote local economic growth, improve economic efficiency, increase income, assisted decision-making and leadership for similar industries the development of reference and so has very important significance.
Based on the current development of domestic and international kiwifruit industry compares the reference and research-based learning and experience of experts and scholars at home and abroad over, using an objective method sentinel surveys. In four weeks the county town of the town of Pine, bamboo valley town, Guang Ji town as an example, the local farmers planting kiwi issued a total of 200 copies of the questionnaire, and thus the development of the local kiwifruit industry conducted field research. After weeks of planning the growth of the county kiwifruit industry status fieldwork, qualitative analysis of the use of a method based on a quantitative analysis of the results of the investigation process and a detailed statistical analysis, pointed out the kiwifruit industry in Zhouzhi County planted varieties structural aspects of existence, processing, packaging, marketing and organizational issues, and on issues of policy recommendations given.
